Governance

Trust comes from explicit boundaries.

KPC is a knowledge and recommendation layer — it does not execute, fund or contract work itself. The system is designed to keep that boundary visible.

Good intentions need clear boundaries.
How the boundary works

Knowledge can move. Responsibility stays clear.

ThinkSolution Rooms produce structured knowledge, not delivery.
ReviewMaterial decisions and sensitive work get a second look.
DecideClose, continue, refer, or route outside KPC.
ActExecution happens with an appropriate external party.
01

Knowledge stays separate from action

A Solution Room produces structured outputs — a Strategic Pathways Memo, gap map or stakeholder brief — not delivery. KPC never becomes the delivery contractor for what it helps think through.

02

Each person sees only their own world

Role-based visibility keeps Member, Initiative Owner, Expert and Sponsor views distinct. A sponsor sees approved portfolio updates, not raw session discussion.

03

Material decisions get a second look

Significant transitions, external sharing and sensitive work go through staff and, where appropriate, board review.

04

Sharing is consent-controlled

Public stories, sponsor updates and anything beyond the room use only information its owner has approved for that purpose.
